Welcome to Nourish 

I learned from a very wise woman of the power and beauty that can come from putting all of the things you love under one roof and offering it to your community; and Nourish is just that. Nourish is a yoga studio and salon located in the village of Hilton, NY. It’s a space where I can continue to service my amazing salon clients, share the practice of yoga, and hold transformative workshops.

I know first-hand that when you nourish your own life it automatically nourishes those around you, and that is my mission.
